Villa Blue View is like nothing you’ve ever seen before.

Designed by the multi-award-winning GFAB Architects, Villa Blue View is perfectly named. Taking full advantage of its beautiful location and jaw dropping views, Villa Blue View is designed to fully embrace its surroundings. It boasts 5 contemporary bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, enough space to entertain your family or a group of friends.

High up on a hilltop, overlooking the location of White Lotus Season 3, Villa Blue View gives you a scenic surrounding that blurs the lines between sky and sea. With striking views from day to night, the design of this villa was made with the intention of highlighting every corner. Experience luxury and comfort at its finest when you stay at Villa Blue View. Don’t leave the little ones behind because the fifth bedroom is a Family Suite that has all the space you need for them. The star of the villa is the large L-shaped infinity pool with sunbeds, the best seat in the house to watch the horizon. Retreat to the pool sala where you can sip on refreshing drinks with the sound of waves crashing in the distance. The space that surrounds the pool is a perfect spot to get in your morning meditations or evening yoga sessions.

When the lights go off and it's time to recharge in your own rooms, all rooms boast a king-sized bed and balconies that are either private or shared. The Family Suite room, on the other hand, has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed and 2 upper bunk beds. All ensuite bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower and the third bedroom with a bathtub. Altogether, Villa Blue View has all the space families travelling together will need.

Rates include welcome drink and fruit basket, WiFi, daily breakfast, and shuttle to the nearest beach.

Rates

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

  • Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate

  • Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

  • Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate

  • After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

Check-in and Check-out

Chef service costs THB1,500++/Meal (lunch or dinner) or THB 2,500++/Day (lunch and dinner) and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Please take note that advance booking for chef service is required and it is subject to availability of chef.

Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Chef Fee

Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.

No laundry facilities are available on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Under 2 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
