Located next to Villa Blue View, the newly opened Villa Blue View Luxe is a striking GFAB designed contemporary 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa, perched 180 meters above sea level in the hills above Koh Samui’s peaceful north coast. The property is also located just 800 meters from a quiet stretch of a sandy beach.
The intuitive layout is an example of GFAB founder Gary Fell’s unique vision. Assertively modern architecture and minimalist designs take full advantage of the outstanding location and guests benefit from a balance of refined luxury and natural appeal. Private comfort, ease and leisure are central to the personalised holiday experience on offer at Villa Blue View Luxe. The generous infinity-edge private pool literally pours into the soothing ocean vistas and thoughtful inclusions like built-in, cushioned day beds and a state-of-the-art barbecue unit in the poolside sala add to the sense of a sophisticated retreat.
Beautifully planted garden areas punctuate the living spaces at all levels, surrounding the villa with tropical greenery, while leading-edge technology compliments the natural ambiance.
Each guest room boasts either a King or Queen size bed and large ensuite bathrooms with sleek bathtubs, although the fifth bedroom can be converted for younger guests thanks to two queen size beds and two large purpose-built bunk beds. Whilst Villa Blue View Luxe is stunning at any time of day, come sunset and twilight, it transforms into quite a magical space, so get those cocktails flowing and enjoy the captivating view!

Rates
Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:
Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate
Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate
After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
Check-in and Check-out
Chef service costs THB1,500++/Meal(lunch or dinner) or THB 2,500++/Day(lunch and dinner) and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Please take note that advance booking for chef service is required and it is subject to availability of chef.
Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 7%.
Chef Fee
Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities are available on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
